The basic components of our EOS program include:

- Conduct an initial base-line environmental/safety audit to identify the facility'sregulatory ---compliance status (i.e what federal, state, local regulations apply to your plant and------- --your compliance status in relation to these regulations).---------------------------------------------- - Correct any compliance deficiencies identified during the initial audit.
- Provide annual services to assist the company maintain regulatory compliance.
