Following are Junkins Engineering's general guidelines for client relations:
If time is needed from client staff (i.e. training, interviews, etc.) we will schedule time when it least disrupts staff schedules. When time is needed from client staff we will be well prepared, working as effeciently as possible in order to minimize staff interruptions.
Projects are managed by a single engineer, however the entire staff is kept up to date and made available to the project manager on all projects in order to foster creative problem solving. We problem solve as a team.
One of Junkins Engineering's highest priorities is communication with our clients. We offer our EOS clients a 24hr phone number that they can call after regular work hours. This gives our clients a security in knowing if an urgent need arises they know they have someone to call. It is important to us that when someone calls our office they receive a person to talk to rather than listening to automated
assistance or getting voice mail. We make it a priority to get back to our clients promptly when we are not currently available. |
